Titan GRADE 3
GRADE 3 is the third grade of the highest purity materials made from unalloyed commercial titanium. The alloy may contain up to 99.7% titanium.
Special properties
Like other similar metal alloys, GRADE 3 has a fairly high strength, but is characterized by moderate ductility. The metal is easy to weld, as well as cast, which is often used to manufacture products with a complex configuration. The melting point of the metal is 1668 degrees. Milling and turning, grinding and drilling are also allowed.
recovery environment.
Not always democratic cost of titanium is fully justified by its operational properties.
The material is supplied in the form of tubes and pipes, plates, sheets , strips, bars, wire, castings and blanks.
Applications
manufacture of equipment for chemical and pharmaceutical production, all kinds of parts and assemblies for transport engineering, alloying of various alloys.
