Camelyn MNAHMC
The MNAHMC Camelyn alloy is made on the basis of copper, where nickel acts as the main alloying material. In addition, the copper-nickel alloy Camelyn MNAHMC, in a significantly smaller amount, contains aluminum, manganese and chromium.
Special properties
The combination of copper and nickel in an alloy provides it with significant strength, thermal conductivity, ductility, high electrical resistance and excellent resistance corrosive manifestations, especially in sea water. Camelyn products can work successfully at temperatures up to +300 degrees. The melting point of the material is 1400 degrees.
Alloy can be turned, milled, ground, drilled . Heat treatment may include normalizing, annealing, hardening, tempering, hardening and tempering, and carburizing.
rod, wire.
Applications
Camelyn copper-nickel alloy is very successfully used in the production of springs, anodes, conductor products, elements of various electrical engineering , corrosion resistant vehicle components and various machinery and so on.
