NM 40A alloy
Copper-nickel alloy, grade HM 40A, belongs to the monel species. Up to 58.8% of its composition is nickel and cobalt, and 39-41% is copper. Also, in small quantities, the material contains titanium and other impurities.
Special properties
Like other monel metal alloys, HM 40A is distinguished by convincing corrosion resistance, high strength and the necessary reaction to plastic deformation. The melting point of the material is 1350 degrees.
NM 40A copper-nickel alloy is used in the production of semi-finished rolled products supplied by manufacturers in the form of strip, sheet, tube, tape and rod.

Applications
