P275NH pressure flat steels
The European standard EN 10028-3 is used to set standards, norms and requirements for flat-rolled steels that have undergone normalization technology and have a fine grain structure , to work under pressure. Normalization is the hardening of steel (heat treatment), which allows you to get a material with the required performance and characteristics.
Steel grades such as P275NH are widely used in the construction of high pressure pipelines, steam boilers, tanks, reservoirs. The strength and hardness of steel, as well as high resistance to corrosion processes, make it possible to guarantee the reliability and durability of structures based on them.
Composition
The chemical composition is quite complex and includes additives such as chromium, manganese, aluminum, manganese, nickel, molybdenum. This makes it possible to ensure the resistance of flat products to the effects of the highest pressure (up to 275 MPa), which is often encountered in large-scale industrial production, transportation and storage of working products.
Steels of these grades are resistant to tearing and deformation and can be used in a wide range of temperatures. They have good weldability and can be easily processed. They are produced mainly in the form of pipes and metal rolled sheets.
