Nimonic 75 / 2.4951 nickel alloy p>
Nimonic Alloy 75 is a nickel alloy with iron and chromium additives, which has good performance parameters and properties and is widely in demand in modern industry and production.
Features
Chromium additives provide excellent resistance to all types of corrosion (surface, crevice, pitting). The balanced composition of iron, nickel, chromium, molybdenum, aluminum, copper perfectly copes with any aggressive influences, due to which it finds the widest application in many areas and areas.
Application
Nickel alloy is produced in a variety of types of rolled metal (steel sheets and plates, reinforcing bars, strips, strips, circles, hexagons, pipes, and so on). It is used for the manufacture of fasteners (bolts, nuts, studs, washers).
Excellent mechanical characteristics and resistance to oxidative processes made it possible to find stainless steel and alloy in the production of gas turbine aircraft engines, as well as industrial turbines.
It is used in industrial production (high-temperature furnaces, thermal units and equipment), used for the manufacture of high-strength fittings. One of the few alloys that is used in the manufacture of equipment for the nuclear power industry.
