Alloy 47НХР
Steel 47НХР is a precision alloy with a given TCLE. The basis of the material is iron, whose share can reach 49.5%, and nickel, which accounts for up to 48%. In addition, high-temperature alloys contain silicon, carbon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, boron and chromium, which affect the properties of steel to varying degrees.
Special properties
Alloy 47НХР is endowed with a regulated linear expansion index in a fairly significant temperature range, from -70 to +330 degrees, and is equal to 8.5-11 units per degree. This allows the use of heat-resistant materials, and products made from them, in almost any climatic conditions, since they are able to fully retain their shape, volume and properties in the specified temperature range.

Applications
Each precision alloy plant produces a fairly wide range of products, including forged and hot-rolled bars, cold-rolled strip and wire . It is used for soldering with soft glass, making elements of especially sensitive and precise instruments, household appliances, various elements for heavy engineering.
