Alloy 36N
Steel 36N is a precision alloy belonging to the Invar group. It occupies a particularly important place in the class of species with a regulated level of CLTE.
The corrosion-resistant and durable metal is based on iron and up to 37% nickel. Alloying is carried out with the involvement of silicon, manganese, vanadium, aluminum. It is also upgraded with cobalt and copper.
Special Properties
range from -80 to +100 degrees, high resistance to corrosion damage and mechanical stress. This allows you to maintain the original properties, dimensions and shape of steel products in a frequently changing operating environment.
It is possible to buy 36H stainless steel in the form of cold-rolled strip, seamless pipe, hot-rolled sheet, forged and hot-rolled bar.
Applications
For stainless steel, prices are fully justified by the unique properties of the material. It is used in the production of temperature-sensitive components of instrumentation, pulse sensors, thermal relays, thermometric equipment, elements of rigidly fixed pipeline systems.
