Wear-resistant steel HARDOX is a high-strength material widely used in extreme operating conditions. It is characterized by high hardness, resistance to mechanical damage, and a long service life.

- Hardness: 370–600 HBW (depending on the grade)
- Thickness: from 0.7 mm to 160 mm
- Yield strength: 1000–1400 MPa
- Tensile strength: 1200–2000 MPa
- Impact toughness: high, even at low temperatures

- Carbon (C): 0.21 – 0.35%
- Silicon (Si): 0.50%
- Manganese (Mn): 1.0 – 1.6%
- Chromium (Cr): 0.5 – 1.5%
- Nickel (Ni): 0.25 – 1.5%
- Molybdenum (Mo): 0.25 – 0.7%
- Boron (B): ≤0.005%
