Stainless steel 1.4415 / X2CrNiMoV13-5-2
EN 1.4415 refers to martensitic stainless steels and is intended for the initial formation of forgings. It is distinguished by a fairly high specific energy and moderately low thermal conductivity, as well as a rather high base cost.
The form of implementation are:

Main characteristics
Stainless steel 1.4415 is characterized by:
– minimum tensile strength of 655 megapascals;
– minimum yield strength 552 megapascals;
– maximum hardness, after heat treatment, 32 HRC.
Stainless steel rods, strips and sheets are distinguished by their high mechanical properties, resistance to corrosion and good weldability, which does not affect the preservation of the martensitic structure of the steel.
