INCOLOY 925 Stainless Alloy
INCOLOY 925 Nickel Alloy (International Designation UNS N09925) is highly resistant to wear. It is an alloy of iron, chromium and nickel with alloying molybdenum, copper, titanium and aluminum additives. This composition provides the highest strength of the alloy, as well as corrosion resistance.
Features
Nickel in the alloy protects against ion-chloride type corrosion and also minimizes stress corrosion cracking. An alloy of nickel, copper and molybdenum prevents pitting and crevice corrosion.
Chromium additives guarantee resistance to any oxidation environment, including the most aggressive ones. Titanium gives strength, aluminum provides ductility. INCOLOY 925 is in demand in many industries where a combination of strength, wear resistance and ductility is required.
Can be used for absolutely any media and active components, including chemical elements, alcohol, oil, gas , hot steam, acids and alkalis.
Application
Stainless steel, the price of which is more than affordable in our company, is available in various formats (strips, circles, sheets, wire, etc.). the alloy is in demand in the medical, food, and metallurgical industries. It is used to complete pipeline systems, for the production of stop valves (flanges, adapters, plugs, etc.). The alloy is used to make wear-resistant fasteners (washers, nuts, self-tapping screws, bolts, grovers, and so on).
