Alloy 79NM
A-Sintez offers a precision magnetically soft alloy 79NM, whose distinctive feature is high magnetic permeability in a weak field, with a saturation induction of 0.67 up to 0.75 Tesla.
The material may contain up to 80% nickel, up to 16.8% iron, up to 4.1% molybdenum, as well as a small amount of other elements.
Special qualities
Alloy 79NM is characterized by low electrical conductivity, corrosion resistance and mechanical softness.
The highest level of magnetic permeability is achieved with heat treatment, which involves rapid cooling from 600 degrees, at a rate of 400-500 degrees per hour.
Applications
Soft magnetic alloys belonging to the 79NM grade, due to their unique qualities, are widely used We are committed to the production of compact transformers, various relays and chokes that can operate in a weak field of a magnetic shield. Products of small thickness, ranging from 0.05 to 0.02 millimeters, are used for the manufacture of contactless relays, magnetic amplifiers and cores of pulse transformer installations.
