Alloy 50НХС
Magnetically soft precision alloy 50НХС grade is endowed with good magnetic permeability, low coercive force and significant electrical resistance, with an induction of at least 1 Tesla unit.
Composition of the alloy
The decoding of the 50НХС steel grade indicates a high content of nickel in the alloy, with a share of up to 51%, chromium – up to 4.2 % and silicon – up to 1.4%. At the same time, iron accounts for up to 45%.
The absence of harmful impurities, the acquisition of certain physical and mechanical properties, the high quality of the 50НХС stainless steel grade is achieved by the high quality and strictly calculated quantitative composition of the charge, full compliance with technological processes, constant control over them, as well as the use of a special set of metallurgical equipment.
Applications
Unique properties of the steel grade 50НХС are widely used in the production of transformer cores, high-frequency communications equipment, computers, measuring instruments, household appliances, microphone cores, magnetic antennas, magnetic circuits operating in an aggressive environment, and other electrical, telemechanical and power equipment.
